Do you see young children by telehealth?
Yes. We see patients as young as 4. For younger children, parents are closely involved in visits, and part of the conversation may happen with the parent alone.
Can you work with my child's school?
With your permission, we can coordinate with your child's school and pediatrician and help with documentation for accommodations when appropriate.
Where do I need to be during my telehealth visit?
Anywhere in Illinois where you have privacy and a stable internet connection: home, a parked car, or a private office. Our providers are licensed in Illinois, so you must be physically in the state during each visit.
Do I ever need to come to the Chicago office?
Most patients receive all of their care by video. In a few situations, such as certain rules for controlled-substance prescriptions, an in-person visit may be needed, and our team will explain if that applies to you. If lab work is part of your plan, it can usually be done at a lab near you.
