Telehealth rules, simply explained
- Our providers are licensed in Illinois, so you must be physically in Illinois during each visit.
- We can't see patients while they're in Missouri, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa or Kentucky, even if they live in Illinois.
- Lab work, when needed, can usually be done at a lab near you.
- Some controlled-substance prescriptions have special telehealth rules. Our team will explain what applies to you.
