How telehealth visits work

We use Doxy.me, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Each provider has a unique room link that stays the same for every appointment. At your appointment time, simply click your provider's link; no downloads or account creation required.

You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. Find a private, quiet space where you can speak openly.

Hybrid care that fits your life

Many patients combine in-person visits at our office with telehealth follow-ups. Telepsychiatry is available for patients located in Illinois at the time of their appointment.

Serving patients across Illinois

Because our providers are licensed in Illinois, we can see you by video wherever you are in the state, including Peoria, Springfield, Decatur, Bloomington-Normal, Champaign-Urbana, Rockford, Belleville, and Edwardsville and the rest of the Metro East. Lab work, when needed, can usually be done at a lab near you, and prescriptions go to your local pharmacy.

We can't see patients while they're physically outside Illinois, for example in Missouri, Wisconsin or Indiana, even if they live in Illinois.
